DrinkTalking is owned by and is a trading name of Roast Beef Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE DRINKTALKING WEB SITE. BY REGISTERING ON AND USING THIS SITE YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. You agree to provide certain information about your self which is accurate and up-to-date, including your name and email.
  3. That other members may contact you through the DrinkTalking system. This will not disclose your email, but the member contacting you will automatically disclose his or her email to you and you may then choose to reply if you wish.
  4. That if you choose to contact another member through the Drink Talking system, that Drink Talking can disclose your email address to that member.
  5. You will not contact any member that was not previously known to you.
  6. That you will not use the system for commercial purposes and/or the sending of unsolicited email (aka SPAM).
  7. That by registering on Drink Talking, your details will also appear on the RoastBeef.co.uk system. The data is only stored in one place, as the 2 web sites share the same database. Hence if you choose to discontinue your Drink Talking membership, your Roast Beef membership will automatically be discontinued.
  8. That we may occasionally contact you via email in the form of a newsletter.
  9. That you will not post any contact details, including postal and email, on any message board or within any member notes. This is to protect your privacy as much as anything.
  10. That you will indeminfy Drink Talking from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs due to the misuse of your membership, including (but not limited to) content provided or posted by you, violation of any of these terms and conditions, or damage or misuse by another person using your membership.
  11. That Drink Talking is not responsible for any content on the site submitted by other members in any form.
  12. That you will not submit data or messages that could be seen as liabalous, offensive or that in any way interupts the normal running of the site, or other members' enjoyment of the site. You accept that you are entirly responsible for the data you submit and/or messages you post and agree to indemnify Drink Talking from any action taken by another member or third party as a result of such data or messages.
  13. That you will attempt to keep your details up-to-date, and that we can, without notice, remove your membership should the email address become invalid (determined by whether or not an email sent to that address bounces) or we believe that any data supplied is incorrect or fraudulant.
  14. You may opt in for further marketing messages from our sponsors; whilst this is helpful to us, acceptance of these further messages is not compulsory. You may opt out from these messages at any time (click on 'My Profile' whilst logged in to the site).
  15. You agree that you use this website entirely at your own risk and agree not to hold us responsible for damages arising from the actions of others (and such actions' consequences) who may use this website or send messages through it.
  16. We provide this website on a free to use basis. As such we reserve the right to suspend, amend or terminate our service at any time without notice and without any obligation to you. We also reserve the right to cancel the registration of any member at our sole discretion without specifying a reason and no member will have any claim against us for this action. We may also make reasonable changes to these terms and conditions at any time following your initial registration.
  17. If you wish to report any offensive or abusive listing or message, or inform us of any member who is, in your opinion, abusing their membership of Drink Talking please e-mail at abuse@drinktalking.com
  18. You agree to keep your password private and not to disclose it to any other person or entity.
  19. If we make any changes to these terms and conditions they will be posted on this website.

    ANY PERSONS VIOLATING THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS (SO THAT OUR NORMAL BUSINESS IS INTERRUPTED, INTERFERED WITH OR OUR REPUTATION DAMAGED) WILL BE PURSUED BY US FOR MAXIMUM DAMAGES USING ANY LEGAL AND CIVIL MEASURES AT OUR MEANS, AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS WILL ALSO BE SOUGHT WHEREVER APPROPRIATE.
